Special Event

Imagination Machine at the Library - Saturday, April 20 1:00-2:00 pm

A local improv organization, The Imagination Machine, will be hired to see some of the participant's stories come to life on stage. Children who want to participate in the program will write stories ranging from 1 sentence to 2 pages long, submit their papers to designated librarian or drop box in the library, and then those stories will be sent to the improv group to be acted out for the program. Registration will be required and the max occupancy for the event will be 100 people.

Staffing: Two librarians and 6 volunteers will be available to set up, take down, and monitor the event. 

Budget: The amount to be paid to The Imagination Machine will be $550, which is also the total cost.
